Griffith Post School Options – Developing Team Leaders in a ‘differently abled’ environment

Griffith Post School Options (GPSO) is a non-profit community-based organization that provides post school options programs for mostly young adults with a physical or intellectual disability.

In February 2020, TWI Institute conducted a Situation Analysis with a two-pronged objective:

• Examine day-to-day operations at GPSO and understand how they link to existing policies and procedures, with an eye to providing a pathway toward building practical compliance and, therefore, better risk management.
• Introduce key stakeholders to concepts and methods that, if applied, will assist GPSO in achieving risk reduction.
