Certified "Master" Trainer Overview

Certified Master Trainers are TWI Institute trainers who are capable of facilitating a designated TWI Institute Certified Trainer program. They have a deep understanding of the module through numerous deliveries. Certified Trainers with this vast program experience and substantial production system knowledge are admitted to participate in the Certified Master Trainer program.

Certification for the Master Trainer designation requires demonstrated competence in delivering the Trainer Program (TTT). TWI Institute quality standards remain true to the legacy of the original TWI Service. Master Trainer candidates must hold to the course content and demonstrate the capability of teaching Certified Trainers. Each program (Job Relations, Job Instruction, and Job Methods) has a minimum three week program for certification.

Master Trainer candidates are closely coached to deliver the Certified Trainer program though co-facilitation and direct observation. Oral and written evaluations are provided for each phase of training and delivery techniques are worked on through intense coaching. Strict adherence to the TWI Institute standards is essential to achieving Certified Master Trainer status.
